VIP Organization Inc

From incarceration to independence.

Character before commerce.

We teach character and entrepreneurship inside prisons—and we’re building a path home with purpose, work, and support.

Our mission

VIP Organization Inc (Violent Inmate Program) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit building a path from incarceration to independence. We teach a 24-week character and entrepreneurship course inside prisons — open to everybody, all faiths and backgrounds — and we're working toward a full reentry program with housing, job training, and support for people coming home. Character before commerce.

01 / The established program

The work starts inside.

VIP’s established program is a 24-week character and entrepreneurship course taught inside correctional facilities. It brings personal development and practical business thinking into the same room.

The course is open to everybody—people of all faiths and backgrounds. The shared foundation is character: the habits, responsibility, and judgment needed to build something that lasts.

A business plan matters. The character to carry it out comes first.

02 / Where we’re headed

We’re building the next step.

The class is established. The full reentry program is the vision we are working toward: a connected place to live, learn, work, and rebuild after incarceration.

A

A tiny-home community

We’re working toward a residential community on VIP-owned land where people coming home can have structure, stability, and room to rebuild.

B

Job training

We’re building toward practical training and support that help participants move from preparation to dependable employment.

C

A trucking company

We envision a trucking business on the same land, creating work while generating revenue to support VIP’s mission.

The long-term aim is a mission supported by its own business revenue—not dependent on government assistance. Housing, land, job training, and trucking are parts of the future we are building; they are not yet operational programs.
